A super roasting joint for all the family. Beef on the bone always cooks well and with a beef rib joint you get the best of both worlds, bone and a layer of fat.Some consider this the “ultimate roast” as it has the fat to keep the meat lubricated and the bone to keep in the moisture and flavour.

A well hung rib is hard to beat for the Sunday roast We recommend slow roasting on a low to medium heat for best results.sold as a single rib.

Please note if you order quantity 2 we will send a double rib, 3 a treble rib etc.
