1. Delivery Options
We can deliver to most UK locations excluding Northern Ireland, or you may call in person at our shop to collect your order.

Once we have received your order and payment we will email or contact you by telephone to confirm which delivery days are best for you. Normal delivery times are Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost. Contact us directly for more details.

2. Delivery Arrangements
All orders are despatched using a next-day, courier service. When placing your order, please ensure that someone is at home to take delivery; the courier drivers will have instructions to leave your chill-pack in a secure place at the premises if no-one is available (or with a neighbour/friend), and will not take the package back to their depot. The drivers know they are carrying perishable goods. The delivery shall be deemed to have been made either when the consignee accepts delivery in person, or when the driver leaves your chill-pack at the unattended premises.

3. Collection
You may opt to collect your order in person from our shop, (except Sunday). Goods not collected within two days after they are available for collection will be disposed of, and the order deemed complete. No refunds can be made for uncollected orders.

4. Packaging for Delivery

All of our goods are delivered in sealed ‘chilled packs’. Each pack is provided with an ice-replacement gel which can be disposed of in general waste. Please note once the package is opened please refrigerate your order straight away or freeze.

5. Delivery prices

All deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £9.99 per delivery.

6. Acceptable product substitution
Every effort will be made to fulfil your order, however on the rare occasion that a certain product is not available we will substitute with a suitable alternative but will contact you to confirm this.

7. Guarantee of Satisfaction
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of the produce received, you should contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We regret we are not able to accept returned goods or claims for goods ordered in error, due to their perishable nature.

8. Non-Delivery Claims
In the event of your order failing to arrive when expected, please contact us by email or by telephone within 24 hours of the expected delivery quoting your order number. We will immediately investigate and let you know the situation. Should your order not be delivered within one working day of the date given in the website acknowledgement, you will be entitled to a full and immediate refund.

9. Cancellation
We regret that due to the very short timescale involved in processing fresh meat orders, you cannot cancel or amend your order once it has been placed.

10. Data Protection
All personal data we collect from you will be used exclusively for the purposes of our relationship, to help us offer improved or new services to you, and may be stored on computer. Your details will be held securely, in confidence, and never disclosed to any third party without your express permission.
